Our Story

From One Burrito Truck to Scotland's Go-To Caterer

Founder Ali began his culinary journey in Edinburgh in 2017. After the pandemic, he launched a single burrito truck — by 2021 demand had grown to a second, and today Alaburrito operates four food trucks, catering for the military, film productions and large-scale events. In 2023 the team opened a permanent venue on Morningside Road, Edinburgh.
